Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Quizit ("Quizit"), operated from Pakistan. By creating an account or hosting a quiz, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Quizit provides live quiz hosting, player participation, scoring, reports, and related admin tools. Features and pricing may change as the product evolves.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including quizzes you host.
- Session vault credits, referral codes, and plan limits apply as shown in the product.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Quizit for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Upload quiz or player content that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
- Share access in a way that violates your plan limits or these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of quiz questions, player lists, and other content you upload. You grant Quizit a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
5. Intellectual property
Quizit's software, branding, UI, and documentation are owned by Quizit and protected by copyright and applicable law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Quizit itself.
6. Payments
Paid vault recharges or subscriptions, when available, will be described at checkout. Until online billing is enabled, credits may be granted manually at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer
Quizit is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Quizit at any time. Provisions on ownership, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
